Frank A. Lowe Jr., age 70 years of Whiteford, MD died on Saturday, November 19 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. He was the husband of Juanita Atwell Lowe. They were married for 45 years.

Mr. Lowe was born on April 7, 1941 in Whiteford, MD a son of the late Frank A. and Elizabeth Lee (Watkins) Lowe Sr. Frank was an electrician owning and operating his own business for many years. He loved his family and friends. In his younger days he played basketball and in his later days enjoyed watching sports and following the Maryland Terps. He loved hunting and fishing and enjoyed spending time with his beagles and labs.

In addition to his wife he is survived by a son- Larry Michael Lowe of Whiteford, MD

3 grandchildren- Megan, Dakota and Kyle Lowe all of Whiteford, MD

2 brothers- David W. Lowe of Fawn Grove, PA

Jeffrey L. Lowe of Whiteford, MD

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 3 at 1:00 PM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Delta, PA

Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
