Glen Elwood Beavers, Sr., age 67 years, of Whiteford, MD died on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Bel Air, MD. He was the husband of Linda P. (Gallatin) Beavers.

Glen was born on Feb. 3, 1945 in Amonate, VA a son of the late Glen Edward and Willie Lee (Noll) Beavers. He was a member of the Life Center Church in Essex, MD where he was active with the Mens' Department Organizations activities for the church Mens' Group.

In addition to his wife he is survived 5 sons- Glen E. Beavers Jr of Delta, PA – Timothy L. Beavers of Missouri – Paul E. Beavers of Washington (State) – Nathan S. Beavers of North East, MD and Adam S. Beavers of Whiteford, MD

4 grandchildren- Aaron, Mariah, Jacob and Matthew.

Sister- Laranda K. Brooks

4 brothers- Daniel, Freddie, Tobie and Craig Beavers.

Funeral service will be on Monday. December 17 at 1:00 PM at Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church, 962 Flintville Road, Delta, PA with Pastor Terry McIntyre and Pastor Michael Stiffler officiating.

Visitation will be at the church from 11:00-1:00 PM.

Burial in the adjoining cemetery.
