Guyda Louise Stike, age 92 years of Street, Maryland, died on Thursday, February 19, 2009 at Bel Air Health & Rehabilitation , Bel Air, Maryland. She was the wife of the late Charles H. Stike who died in 1977.

Mrs. Stike was born on March 28, 1916 in Independence, Virginia, the daughter of the late John C. and Cora Clementine (Wagg) Greer. Mrs. Stike graduated from the former Highland High School in Street, Maryland. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by:

A daughter Corinne Funk of Street, Maryland

Four sons- John R. Stike and James W. Stike, also of Street

William P. Stike of Airville, Pennsylvania

Donald C. Stike of Bel Air, Maryland

20 grandchildren

51 great grandchildren

4 great-great grandchildren

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by 2 sons- Joseph O. Stike and Charles R. Stike, a grandson Charles R. Stike Jr. and a granddaughter Dawn Michelle Stike

Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 23 at 1:00 PM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania with Robert S. Livezey Jr. officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, February 22 from 6-8 PM.

Interment will be in Slate Ridge Cemetery, Delta, Pennsylvania.

Pallbearers will be Randy Funk, Eric Grace, Brian, Joe, Jeff, Aaron, Richard Stike Fred Stike.
