Helen V. Ramsburg, age 79 years, of Hanover, Pennsylvania, formerly of Delta, Pennsylvania died at Hanover Hall in Hanover on January 25, 2007. She was the wife of the late Thomas G. Ramsburg.

Mrs. Ramsburg was born on January. 25, 1928 in War, West Virginia a daughter of the late James Levi and Mammie V. (Jones) Blackburn. She was a graduate of Big Creek High School in War, West Virginia. While residing in West Virginia, she was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.. Mrs. Ramsburg moved to the Delta area in 1956. Later in 1982, she moved to Ft. Myers, Florida and then moving to Alabama in 1986 where she owned and operated two restaurants. After her husband died she sold the restaurants and went into the produce business until she moved back to this area in 1991. She was a member of the Shrewsbury Gospel Temple.

She is survived by 3 daughters:

Patricia Ann Auble of Delta, PA

Tommie Jean Johnson of Oklahoma

Robin Sipe of Hanover, PA

8 grandchildren

10 great-grandchildren

Funeral service will be on Saturday, January 27 at 11 AM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania.

Visitation will be from 10-11 AM at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania.
