HOWARD P. HALL, Sr., age 72 years, of Brogue, Pennsylvania died on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at 5:41 PM at Memorial Hospital in York, Pennsylvania. He was the husband of Sharon A. (Beaird) Hall for eleven years.

Mr. Hall was born on May 16, 1934 in Whiteford, Maryland; a son of the late Charles Parker and Gladys (Bay) Hall. Mr. Hall was a veteran of the United States Army. He retired from PECO in 1991 and was an owner/operator of a trucking business. He was a member of the Fawn AME Zion Church in New Park, Pennsylvania. Mr. Hall was an avid horseman and enjoyed showing horses, trail riding and riding in parades. He loved spending time with his friends and family.

Dwight Jordan of Felton, Pennsylvania

Dwayne Jordan and Marty Jordan, both of York

Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren

He was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Hall and a brother, Ivan Hall.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 14, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania.

Pastor Larry Wallace and Reverend James Stewart will officiate.

Interment will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens in York, Pennsylvania.

Visitation with his family will be held on Sunday evening from 7-9 PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Stokes, Anthony Hall, Jamar Generette, Algery Hall, Martin Jordan, and Robert Howard.
