HOWARD ROY FIZER, 73 of Delta, PA, died on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. He was the loving husband of Linda L. (Vickers) Fizer of Whiteford, MD. Born June 12, 1945 in Delta, PA he was a son of the late Thomas William and Katherine S. (Urey) Fizer.
