INA VIRGINIA WADDELL, age 94 years of Street, MD died on Thursday, October 7, 2011 at 6:40 a.m. at the Forest Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Forest Hill, MD. She was the wife of Andrew C. Waddell who died in December, 2008.

Mrs. Waddell was born in West Virginia on November 26, 1916, one of ten children born to Harvey Wingo and Eva Lee (Clark) Perkins. She home schooled her late daughter, Janice Lee until she began high school. Mrs. Waddell faithfully attended the Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church in Street.

She is survived by nieces and nephews

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Janice Lee Phebus who died in April, 2003. Her six brothers, Earl, Scott, Cecil, Boyd, Robert and Jack Perkins, and her three sisters, Anna Cantrell, Elsie Brooks and Marie Andrews also preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 10 at 11:00 a.m. at the Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA.

Reverend Tracy J. Duvall of the Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church will officiate.

Interment will be in Rock Run Cemetery, Havre de Grace, MD

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Sunday evening, October 9 from 6 to 8 p.m.
