Obituary

J. Grayson Hash, age 66 of New Park, PA died on Thursday, May 27 at York Hospital. He was the husband of Barbara (Anderson) Hash. They were married for over 45 years.

Mr. Hash was born on July 19, 1943 in Baltimore, MD a son of Romaine (McBride) Hash of New Park, PA and the late James Grayson (Bill) Hash. He was dedicated and devoted to the family run businesses of New Park Service and Hash Bus Company. He was a long time member of Centre Presbyterian Church where he had served as a deacon. Grayson was a loving family man. He enjoyed boating, being on the water, crabbing in the Chesapeake Bay and spending time in the 1000 Islands area of New York.

Grayson was a member of the Citizens Volunteer Fire Co., PA School Bus Assoc and Friendship Lodge F. & A.M. #663, Fawn Grove, PA

In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by a son- James Grayson Hash 3rd of Grand Rapids, Michigan

Brother- David Hash of Stewartstown, PA

Sisters- Tama Hash and Kari McElwain both of New Park, PA and Beth Hash-Marsteller of Delta, PA

1 granddaughter- Caitlyn Hickey of Sparks, MD

He was preceded in death by his daughter Kelly Lynn Hickey and a sister Judith D. Lindsey.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, May 31 at 12 Noon at Centre Presbyterian Church, 83 New Park Rd., New Park, PA with his pastor Rev. James L. Biller officiating.

Visitation will be at the church from 9 AM -12 Noon. Burial will be in Centre Church Cemetery.
