JACQUELINE COUNTS REYNOLDS, age 63 years of Airville, Pennsylvania died at her home surrounded by her family at 9:45 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the wife of Terry L. Reynolds. They observed their 43rd wedding anniversary on September 18, 2008.
Jackie was born on July 2, 1945 in Dickenson County, Virginia a daughter of Nellie G. (Ball) Counts of Clintwood, Virginia and the late Andrew Jack Counts. She was a 1963 graduate of Haysi High School in Haysi, Virginia. From 1964 - 1969, she worked for Bata Shoe Company in Maryland and later worked for D&D Sewing in Delta and Fawn Grove Sewing Factory in Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania. A homemaker, Jackie enjoyed bird watching, amateur photography and going to car shows with her husband. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren.

Angela L. Welch and her husband Jeffrey of Cardiff, Maryland
Terri Reynolds Smith and her husband Thomas of Street, Maryland
Three sisters:
Virginia A. Counts of Kingsport, Tennessee
Betty J. Edwards and Deborah D. Counts, both of Clintwood, Virginia
Her special friends-Patsy Hay and Rosalee Bedsaul
Three grandchildren: Brittany J. Welch, Rachel N. Welch and Ian N. Welch and another granddaughter due in May.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Ellen G. Singleton and her brother, Danny M. Counts.
Following cremation, a memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, February 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Delta, Pennsylvania
Inurnment in Mt. Nebo Cemetery will be private.
