Mr. Comer was the husband of Grace Ann (Hilton) Comer and they celebrated forty-six years of marriage on May 20, 2004.
Mr. Comer was born on May 8, 1942 in Rocks/Pylesville, Maryland; he was a son of the late James Andrew and Nola May Ball Comer. He was the owner and founder of J.M. Comer Construction, Inc. and the owner of Maybelle Manor Mobile Home Estate in Conowingo, Maryland.
Friends and family remarked that he enjoyed bluegrass music, deep sea fishing, NASCAR racing, traveling, and his Dachsund named �Midget.� He enjoyed operating construction equipment, and driving trucks.

One brother: Harvey Comer of Darlington, MD

He was preceded in death by a sister, Louise Dowell.
