Mrs. Tomlinson wasa the wife of Kenneth D. Tomlinson.

She was the daughter of the late Charles Fred and Mary Emma (Singleton) Keesee. She had worked as an administrative assistant for Dupont-Chestnut Run Plaza in Wilmington, Delaware.
