JANE TRACEY McGIBNEY, age 89 years of Whiteford, MD went home to be with the Lord at 6:40 am on Monday, August 3, 2020. She was the beloved wife of the late Forwood Stowell McGibney who passed away on April 3, 2019 and with whom she shared 66 years of marriage.

Mrs. McGibney was born in Whiteford, MD on October 2, 1930 the only child of the late James Franklin and Mary (Bull) Tracey. A lifetime Whiteford resident, she was a 1947 graduate of Slate Ridge High School in Whiteford, MD. Jane and Forwood enjoyed attending the class reunions and visiting with friends. She attended Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church in Whiteford for many years. Jane enjoyed going to the Conowingo Dam and watching the eagles, crocheting and especially flowers, both growing them and photographing them.

She was the devoted and loving mother of three sons:

Lowell H. McGibney (Karina McGibney)

Mrs. McGibney was preceded in death by her cousin, Margaret Jones Garrett

There will be no public services.
