JANET DIANE ELLIOTT, age 63 years of Delta, PA died at her home on Sunday, February 23, 2020. She was the wife of Michael V. Elliott, Sr. who died on July 20, 2019.

Mrs. Elliott was born in Hot Springs, VA on August 2, 1956 a daughter of Mabel (Vance) Johnston of Port Deposit, MD. She began working as a CNA at Citizens Nursing Home in Havre de Grace and later retired as the patient escort coordinator at Harford Memorial Hospital. Janet also worked 22 years for PepsiCo at its Frito Lay facility in Aberdeen, MD. She enjoyed growing flowers and cookouts, but her favorite leisure activity was picking and eating crabs with her grandsons. Janet resided in Delta for 35 years.

She is survived by

Three children:

Susan D. Neal and her husband, Nelson of Havre de Grace, MD

Michael V. Elliott, Jr. of Madonna, MD

Angie G. Zelinski of Delta, PA

Four brothers: Gary Pritt, Gene Pritt, Roger Pritt and Jerry Pritt

She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Vincent Elliott, Taylor Elliott, Tyler Elliott, Zach Elliott, Josh Elliott, Zoie Elliott and Danielle Zelinski.

Janet was preceded in death by her grandson, Dylan Zelinski and her brothers, Robert and Dennis Pritt.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 3 at 11 am at the Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Delta, PA.

A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Monday evening, March 2 from 6 to 8 pm.

Interment will be in Salem Cemetery, Delta, PA.
