JEFFREY A. DAWSON, 45 years of Delta, PA, died on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, PA. Born on December 6, 1969 in Towson, MD, he was the son of Nancy (DeVoe) Thomas and her husband, James.

Mr. Dawson had been a self-employed mason working under the company title of JAD Masonry. Jeffrey loved his work, was very interested in Native American culture and was an avid Ravens Football fan. A self-taught guitar player, he was known to write his own music.

He is also survived by a brother, Jim "Trapper" Dawson of Delta, PA and his treasured dog and cat.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA where the funeral service will begin on Wednesday, at 11 a.m. with Elder J. Fred Wyatt officiating.

Interment will be in Salem Cemetery, Delta, PA.
