JEREMY HERBERT ALMONEY, 49 of Delta, PA passed away in his home on Saturday morning, March 30, 2024. Married on July 10, 1993, he was the beloved husband for 30 years of Cindy Marie (Smith) Almoney.

Born on April 20, 1974 in York, PA, he was one of two sons born to Carolyn R. (Farley) Dick of Airville, PA and John Emory Almoney of Kentucky. Jeremy was a graduate of the York County Technical High School and had worked in auto repair. He was the owner/operator of G&H Auto Repair in Fawn Grove, PA for over 20 years. He enjoyed watching movies, drag racing, restoring old cars and Florida beach vacations. His family commented that he was always caring for others and never met a stranger. Jeremy was a longtime member of Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffrey Neal Almoney on October 4, 2022.

Services will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Mt. Olivet UM Church, 786 Mt. Olivet Church Rd., Fawn Grove, PA. A viewing will be held from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. followed immediately with the funeral service. Interment will be in the adjoining church cemetery with a luncheon in the church social hall. His pastor, Carol Burkindine, Certified Lay Minister will officiate.
