Joseph F. Jordan, age 88 years of Cardiff, MD died on Sept. 15, 2011 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Bel Air, MD. He was the husband of Patricia C. (Seibert) Jordan. They were married for 25 years.

Mr. Jordan was born on May 29, 1923 in Baltimore, MD a son of the late John and Mary Margaret Jordan. He was owner and operator with his wife of his own car and truck towing service. Mr. Jordan was a hard working man and well liked in the area.

In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter Elizabeth Eltaher of Hanover, PA.

Funeral service will be on Monday, Sept. 19 at 11 AM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Delta, PA . Friends may call at the funeral home 1 hour prior to the service.

Burial will be at Darlington Cemetery.

Pastor Judy Walker of Delta United Methodist Church will officiate.
