JOSEPH L. STARR, 53 years of Delta, PA, died on Friday, September 25, 2015 at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, PA. Born on June 30, 1962 in Havre de Grace, MD, he was a son of the late Jack V. and Mary (Klein) Starr.

Previously living in Aberdeen, Joe had moved to Delta in 1969 and was a member of Delta United Methodist Church. He had worked as a pipe layer for John Apple Construction until 1989. In the most recent years, he enjoyed tinkering with computers and enjoyed the times spent with his family.

He is survived by:

A sister, Vicki Lynn Starr of Tennessee

A brother, Vincent Starr and his wife, Cynthia "Thia" of Delta, PA

Numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Starr.

In lieu of flowers, his family would appreciate memorial contributions to the Delta Senior Center, 5 Pendyrus Street, Delta, PA 17314
