She is survived by:

A granddaughter in FL

Her brother, Buddy and his wife, Pat of The Villages, FL

Her niece, Deborah Jarvis of Ocala, FL

Her nephews: Jeffrey Little of Baltimore, MD and Dale Morrison of KS

Several cousins in FL, MD and PA

Step-children: Debby Stiles (George); Mark Moscato (Doenee) of MD

Patty Bertier (Jim) and Gina Bareggo (Rick) of FL

Her dear friend, Angela Green whom she considered a sister.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. where Joyce will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, Tony. At Joyce's request, those attending her services, please arrive at Harkins Funeral Home at 1:45 p.m. to travel to the grave in the procession.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tabernacle Church and Cemetery Association, 2213 N. Tabernacle Road, Whiteford, MD 21160
