KENNETH G. WESCOTT, 61 years, of Pylesville, Maryland died on Monday, November 21, 2005 at 6:58PM at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland after a courageous battle with Metastatic Thyroid Cancer. He had been the of husband of Esther (Webb) Wescott for fifteen years.

Mr. Wescott was born on July 19, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland; he was a son of the late Howard and Dorothy (Wellslager) Wescott. He was the owner of Wescott Furniture for over thirty-five years. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He had been a member of the Evangelical Methodist Church and served as a Sunday School teacher for over twenty years. He was a member of the Stewards Board and served on the board of directors for the Harford Christian Educational Foundation. He enjoyed target shooting, ultra light flying, photography, and had restored a 1965 Jaguar automobile.

Brian K. Wescott of Delta, Pennsylvania

Mark A. Wescott of Edgewood, Maryland

Erik J. Wescott of Delta, Pensylvania

One sister-

Diana Yucis of Delta, Pennsylvania

Two grandchildren-

Dillon and Jacob Wescott, both of Delta, Pennsylvania

He was preceded in death by two wives-Violet M. (Anderson) Wescott and Roseanna L. (Merryman) Wescott

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 25, 2005 at 11:00 AM at the Evangelical Methodist Church, 1736 Whiteford Road, Street, Maryland with his pastor Reverend Dr. John E. McKnight presiding.

Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 9:00-11:00AM.

Interment will be in the Slate Ridge Cemetery, Delta, Pennsylvania.
