KYLE WILLIAM BAILEY, age 83 years, died on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 in his home in Darlington, Maryland. He shared over 60 years of marriage with his wife, Betty (Shenberger) Bailey.

Born on September 19, 1925 in Flatridge, Virginia, he was a son of the late Kampton and Lena Mae (Russell) Bailey. He was a US Army Veteran of WWII serving in the infantry. He had worked as a welder for 29 years at the former Wiley's Ship Yard in Port Deposit, Maryland. He enjoyed working with wood and metal; riding horses; and spending time with his family.

A son, Kyle William Bailey, Jr. and his wife, Samatha of Goldvein, Virginia

Three grandchildren, five great grandchildren in addition to eleven nieces and nephews

Two brothers-

Joseph Bailey and his wife, Adel of Manchester, Maryland

Beau Bailey and his wife, Lenora of Beauford, Indiana

Private services were held for his family.
