LETHA OPAL ALMONEY, age 81 years of Fawn Grove, PA died on Friday, March 4, 2016 at Rest Haven Nursing Center in York.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 11 at 11:00 a.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA. Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Dr. Kevin Richardson officiating. Interment will be in Darlington Cemetery.
