MARGARET REED, age 88 years, of Abingdon, MD, died on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at the Laurelwood Care Center in Elkton, MD. She was the wife of the Burnice C. Reed who died on January 13, 2010.

Mrs. Reed was born on March 3, 1923 in Letcher County, KY a daughter of the late Thaddeus E. and Edith M. (Vanover) Baker. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Two daughters-

Ruby I. Bentley and her husband Jimmy of Delta, PA

Gloria Druso of Aberdeen, MD

Three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren

A brother- Thomas Baker of Ohio

A sister- Gloria Newman of KY

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 11 AM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Delta, PA.

Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

Her son-in-law, Pastor Jimmy Bentley of the Church of God of Prophecy will officiate

Interment will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Bel Air, MD
