Margaret L. Watkins was the wife of the late Marshall S. Watkins.

She was the daughter of the late Enos and Mattie (Clendenen) Lyall. She had lived in Darlington, Maryland for fifty years when she moved to Quarryville, Pennsylvania in June, 2003. She had been a member of the Franklin Baptist Church in Darlington, Maryland.

She is survived by:

Two sons-M. Kenneth Watkins of Dover, Delaware; Michael D. Watkins of Street, Maryland

Jennifer Pitts of Smyrna, Delware; Amy Stark of Liberty Township, Ohio; Jill Little of Dover, Delaware; Andrew Watkins of Street, Maryland

Three sisters-Evilee Genuardi of Ft. Lauderdale, FLorida; Oleita Mae Hall of Darlington, Maryland; Lida Stoneman of Barre, Vermont

A brother-Walter David Lyall of Conowingo, Maryland

She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Julie Michelle Watkins on July 9, 1997.
