MARY E. LITTLE, age 86 of Whiteford, Maryland passed quietly with her family and her friends by her side on Friday, August 29, 2008. She was the wife of the late George H. Little.

Mrs. Little was born in Whiteford on October 29, 1921 a daughter of the late William and Laura (Rhoades) Hopkins. Throughout her life her mission was to make this a better world. This will now be fulfilled through her son, Lee and her daughter, Bonnie and their families.

In addition to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, she is survived by her sister, Helen Languis of Bel Air and her family.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 3 at 11:00 a.m. at the Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA.

Pastor James Johnson of the Dublin United Methodist Church will officiate.

The viewing will be on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Interment in Bel Air Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Lee I. Little, Larry Gentry, Benjamin Little, Matthew Little, Danny John Griffith and Dennis Henry.
