MARY BROWN MALLON, age 72 years, of Street, Maryland died on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at Country View Assisted Living in Darlington, Maryland.

Born on June 26, 1937 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was a daughter of Georgeanna (Carr) Brown-Sheeks of Street, Maryland and the late Edward Brown. Mary was a graduate of Sparrows Point High School and had been employed as a dispatcher for Washington Gas and Light Company in Alexandria, Virginia. She retired in early 2000 with over 30 years of service. While living in Virginia, she was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post #139 in Alexandria.

Mary moved from Falls Church, Virginia to Street in 2005. She attended Church of the Ascension Episcopal Church in Street, Maryland.

Robert Wilmoth and his wife, Marcia; Richard Wilmoth and his wife, Netha; William Wilmoth and his wife, Mary, all of Street, Maryland.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 28, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 29th at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Nick McDonald officiating.

Interment will be in Emory Cemetery, Street, Maryland.
