MARY RUTH JONES, 85 years of Street, MD, died on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. Born on November 4, 1931, she was a daughter of the late James Wilbur and Sadie (Kennedy) Bosley and the loving wife of the late Fred Jones. A lifetime resident of Harford County, Mrs. Jones graduated from the former Highland High School in Street, MD and was a devoted homemaker. She was a longtime member of Emory United Methodist Church where she cherished her church family and friends. Her many talents included crocheting beautiful gifts and all types of sewing. A loving soul, Mrs. Jones will always be remembered by her smile and loving embrace.

Services will be held at Emory United Methodist Church, 911 Cherry Hill Road, Street, MD on Thursday, May 25, 2017 with a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. followed immediately by the funeral service with her minister, Pastor Stephen E. Smith officiating.

Interment will be in Slate Ridge Cemetery, Delta, PA.
