MARY E. YOUNG, age 82 years, of Airville, Pennsylvania died on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Manor Care in Dallastown, Pennsylvania. She was the wife of Cecil M. Young with whom she had shared 57 years of marriage.

Born on February 23, 1929 in Tazewell County, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Fielden and Ida (Harrison) Mitchell. A homemaker, she enjoyed gardening, crafts and crocheting.

Ruth Marrs of Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania

Sophia Smith of Red Lion, Pennsylvania

Ruby Blevins of Chesapeake City, Pennsylvania

Judy Mitchell of Airville, Pennsylvania

Delphia McCleary and her husband, Larry of Red Lion, Pennsylvania

She was preceded in death by a sister, Hannah Daughtery in 1992.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, the 16th at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will be in Union Chapel Cemetery, Delta, Pennsylvania.
