Mildred Betty Bullock, 77, of Street, MD, died peacefully at home on, July 4, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Mildred was born in Renicks Valley, WV, to her late parents, Ancil and Ethel R. (Cutlip) Hammons.

Mildred was of the Baptist faith and most recently attended Carsins Run Baptist Church, in Aberdeen, MD. Her professional life spanned many years as a dedicated Nursing Assistant, caring for residents of long-term care facilities in the Bel Air area. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. When not working, Mildred found great joy in attending family functions and being around those she loved the most.

Mildred is survived by her children; Charlotte Bullock, of Havre de Grace, MD and Leisa (Michael) Gahler, of Street, MD. She is also survived by her loving grandsons, Jonathan and Joshua Gahler. In addition, she is survived by one brother; Donald (Judy) Hammons, of Delta, PA, a partner and dedicated friend, Anthony Slebzak and many loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mildred was predeceased by her siblings, James Hammons and Evelyn Roupe.

A viewing will take place on Monday, July 10, 2023 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Harkins Funeral Home, Inc., 600 Main Street, Delta, PA. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Rudd, of Trinity Free Will Baptist Church officiating. Burial will take place immediately following the funeral in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, MD.
