MILES L. STEINBACK, age 84 years, died on Monday, June 29, 2009 in his home in Airville, Pennsylvania. He was the husband of Martha L. (Lundy) Steinback for over 64 years.

Born on July 21, 1924 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late George Riley and Violet (Smith) Steinback. He was a United States Marine Corp veteran of WWII serving in the Pacific Theater. He had worked for 25 years at the former Bethlehem Steel in Baltimore, Maryland. He was a member of Bryansville UM Church and enjoyed fishing and gardening.

A sister, Jeannetta Brannaka of Trout Run Pennsylvania

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 3rd at 11 AM at his church, Bryansville UM Church, 2325 Bryansville Road, Delta, PA with interment in the adjoining church cemetery.

Military honors will be presented by the York County Veterans Honor Guard.

Friends may call at the church from 10 � 11 AM.
