NORMAN E. BUSH, age 78 years, of Whiteford, Maryland died on Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at 11:30 AM at Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the husband of Mary M. Bush who died in 1993.

Mr. Bush was born on November 17, 1927 in Whiteford, Maryland a son of Henrietta (Jones) Bush of Street, Maryland and the late Howard Bush. Retiring in 1986, he had worked for Miller Fertilizer Plant at their former location in Whiteford, Maryland for thirty-four years. He had attended the Evangelical Methodist Church in Street, Maryland. He loved flowers and was know for growing the most delicious strawberries.

He is survived by:

A son-John A. Bush and his wife, Carrie of Whiteford, Maryland

Four grandchildren, one great grandchild, and one step grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Bush.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 11, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania.

Reverend Dr. John E. McKnight, pastor of Evangelical Methodist Church will officiate.

Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2006 from 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
