PATRICIA A. PITMAN, age 61 years of Delta, PA died at the home of her son, Mark, on Sunday, December 19, 2010 at 6:05 a.m. She was the wife of Robert J. Pitman who died on December 22, 2004.

Mrs. Pitman was born in Baltimore, MD on December 24, 1948, a daughter of Delores (Yantz) Short of Delta, PA and the late Walter Short. She moved to Delta in 1977 where she was a member of the Bryansville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.

Three sons: Robert Crothers of Fawn Grove, PA

Jeffrey Crothers of Whiteford, MD

Mark Pitman of Delta, PA

Four grandchildren: Autumn Harkins, Bobby Jo, Kristy and Damien Crothers

Two great grandchildren: Austin and Arianna Cordrey

One sister: Kathy Short of Orlando, FL

One brother: Michael Short of Ottsville, PA

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 23 at 11:00 a.m. at the Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA.

Her minister, Pastor Judy L. Walker will officiate.

Interment will be in Moreland Memorial Park, Baltimore, MD

Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
