PAUL R. "RANDY" CARROLL, age 62 years, died on Saturday, June 25, 2011 in his home in Delta, Pennsylvania. He was the husband of Deborah J. (Sapp) Carroll with whom he celebrated their 2nd anniversary on June 20th.

Born March 20, 1949 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late Paul and Betty (Cameron) Carroll.

A 1967 graduate of Solanco High School in Quarryville, Pennsylvania, Mr. Carroll had served with the United States Army for 3 years in Vietnam. He lived in York County for the past 22 years and retired in 2009 from Aberdeen Proving Ground in Harford County, Maryland. Mr. Carroll was a member and Senior Vice Commander of the John S. Murphy VFW Post #7130 in Delta, Pennsylvania.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by:

A brother, Larry Carroll of Oxford, Pennsylvania

A sister, Paula Beeman of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania

Two step-children:

Melissa Ganzman of Delta, Pennsylvania

Stefanie Morris of North East, Maryland

A Time of Reflecting and Visitation will be held with his family on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania.
