Phyllis Bauer, age 78, of Easton, Pennsylvania, passed away on June 24, 2023. She was born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania on August 29, 1944. Phyllis graduated from West Chester College where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Education.

She was married to Robert Bauer on December 29, 1973. Phyllis had a career teaching kindergarten in the Easton Area School District for nine years followed by being a homemaker, raising her two children. She was a member of "The Ladies" volunteer group in the Easton Area School District, and had a passion for children, gardening, and cooking.

She was survived by her spouse: Robert "Bob" Bauer, her children: Lauri (Ben) Coleman and Eric (Kim) Bauer, her grandchildren: Seth Coleman, Sharon Coleman, Lucas (Gillian) Bauer, Melanee (Salvador) Valdivia, Laura Bauer, and Dane Bauer, and her niece: Danielle (Barry) Wells.

Burial will take place on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 11:00 am at Slateville Cemetery, 308 Slateville Road, Delta, PA. Reverend Richard Price Baskwill, of the Rehoboth Welsh Chapel, Delta, PA, will officiate.

Olinger Andrews Gibson Chapel Funeral Home of Castle Rock, CO is assisting the family and local arrangements have been entrusted to Harkins Funeral Home, Inc., of Delta, PA.
