Phyllis J. Anderson, age 70 years, of Street, Maryland, died on Sunday, November 11, 2012 in her home. She was the wife of the late Nelson Burton Anderson Jr.

Mrs. Anderson was born on March 29, 1942 in Hillsboro, West Virginia a daughter of the late Elmer David and Irene Mary (Walton) Brock. She was a member of the Dublin-Darlington VFW Post Ladies Auxiliary and had worked for the Snodgrass family for many years. Mrs. Anderson enjoyed cooking, visiting with family and friends in addition to watching the birds in her backyard.

She is survived by 4 children

Kevin Anderson, Melissa DeBoard and Burton Anderson all of Street, Maryland

Beverly Britton of Bel Air, Maryland.

14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 11 AM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania with Pastor James Johnson of Dublin United Methodist Church officiating.

Visitation will be from 9:30-11:00 AM at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Dublin Southern Cemetery.
