PHYLLIS JEAN MALAMPHY, 72 years of Pylesville, MD, died in her home on Saturday, January 13, 2017. Born on June 2, 1945 in the State of Maryland, she was a daughter of the late William L. and Mary Francis (Haynes) Colvin. Married November 2, 1979, she was the beloved wife of Donald E. Malamphy, to whom she had shared 38 years of marriage.

A long time member of Delta Chapel, Phyllis had a strong passion for singing in the church choir and was involved in many church activities. Along with being devoted to the Lord, one of her favorite pastimes was crocheting.
