Priscilla J. Adams, age 84 years, of Jarrettsville, MD died on Friday, April 25, 2025 at 10:17 pm at Sterling Care in Bel Air, MD. She was the wife of O. Wayne Adams who died on November 29, 2023.

Mrs. Adams was born in Erie, PA on August 27, 1940, a daughter of the late Pastor Jacob Peter and Emily Suzanne (Barclay) Jacobsen. Priscilla was saved at an early age, and served God faithfully, all her life. After she graduated high school, she went on to earn her R.N. license in Illinois, then began her nursing career at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, MD, where she met her future husband. Later, Priscilla accepted a position at Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC), where she worked in patient care for 39 years until her "retirement" in 2003. Nine months later, she took a position with the former Bel Air Convalescent Center, where she worked as an R.N. for another ten years. Following her second retirement, she began volunteering at Sterling Care, continuing her life of care for others.

Priscilla enjoyed reading, working with her hands, and spent her free time doing crochet, needlepoint, sewing and cross stich. She also enjoyed gardening, both floral and vegetable, and always had enough of her canning to offer others.

Gregg D. Adams, and his wife, Pamela of Winchester, TN

Bradley K. Adams, and his partner, Jennifer Bridges of Airville, PA

Two grandchildren,

Bradley K. Adams and Amber N. Hull

Two great grandchildren,

Nathan Bradley Adams and Annabelle Joyce Adams

Her sister,

Bonnie Morse of Birmingham, AL

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 30 from 6-8 pm at the Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St, Delta, PA.

The funeral service will begin at 11 am on Thursday, May 1 at the funeral home.

Officiating will be Pastor Don Klapka of the Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church in Timonium, MD.

Interment will be in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, MD
