REBECCA ANNA MARCELLE, age 94 years, died on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 in Whiteford, Maryland. She was the wife of the late Edward H. Marcelle.

Born on March 6, 1915 in Pylesville, Maryland, she was a daughter of the late Henry Marsteller and Fannie Cleveland (DeVoe) Lowe. She had worked as a seamstress.

She is survived by:

A granddaughter, Michelle Westman

Two great granddaughters: Hannah and Olivia

Two brothers: Harry G. Lowe of Pylesville and Rufus Lowe of York, Pennsylvania.

She was preceded in death by her son, Herman H. Marcelle.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, Maryland.

Reverend Melissa A. McDade of the Norrisville Methodist Charge will officiate.
