RICHARD M. CRANE, Jr., age 62 of Fawn Grove, PA died at his home on Monday, March 30, 2020 at 1:59 pm after a long struggle with Multiple Sclerosis. He was the husband of Rita Schmitz and they observed their 42nd wedding anniversary on July 21.

Rich was born in Baltimore, MD on April 25, 1957 a son of the late Richard Michael and Carmelita (Sisk) Crane, Sr. He graduated from Parkville High School in 1976 and worked as a commercial pressman for printing companies in both Baltimore and Harford Counties. He enjoyed gardening, live music and coaching baseball. He was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2010 and also had a major stroke in 2015 which led to his decline.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by,

One daughter: Erin M. Gott and her husband, Andrew of Huntingtown, MD

One son: Richard M. Crane, III of Airville, PA

Four grandchildren: Riley, Destiny, Drew & Carmen

One of five children, Richard is survived by his sister, Cheryl Crane and his brother, Roy Crane
