Rickie Dean Bratton, 61, of Street, MD, died at The University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, on Friday, December 15, 2023. He was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to his late parents, Ralph J. and Shirley B. (Duran) Bratton. He was married to his high school sweetheart, Kathy C. (Kelly) Bratton for 31 years, until her death on March 11, 2014.

Rickie will be remembered as a fiercely loving and protective family man. He worked hard as a farmer to provide a great life for his family. After retiring from working his farm, he worked for The Mill as a deliveryman. When not working the farm; or delivering for The Mill, he enjoyed being in the outdoors and hunting for game.

Rickie is survived by his children; Jessica Bratton, of Conowingo, MD, Joshua Bratton and his wife, Stephanie, of Street, MD and James Bratton, fiancé of Kyndra Stroop, of Glen Rock, PA. In addition, Rickie is survived by his grandchildren; Sierra Bratton, Alyssa Sturgill, Aiden Papp, Cassidy Bratton, Joshua Bratton, Jr., Cole Hopkins and Serenity Bratton. He is also survived by his siblings; Jeff, Donald, John, Freddie and Eddie Bratton, Larry Morrison and Anita Thompson.

In addition to his parents and his beloved wife, Rickie was predeceased by his brother's, Ralph Bratton and Kenneth Morrison.

The family will hold a private inurnment on a future date.
