RITA FAYE LEONARD, age 67 years, died on Sunday, April 28, 2013 in her home in Delta, PA. She was the wife of Charles M. Leonard with whom she would have celebrated their 8th wedding anniversary on May 2nd.

Born in Harford County, MD, she was the daughter of Ollivean (Grace) Mumpower and the late Frank Mumpower. A bartender, she had worked for the former Harvey's in Street, MD.
