ROBERT E. FRITSCHE, age 70 years, of Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania died on Monday, August 4, 2008 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland.

Mr. Fritsche was born on September 9, 1937 in Baltimore, Maryland a son of the late Carl and Dorothy Marie (Wessel) Fritsche. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving from 1961 - 1963. Mr. Fritsche worked as a machine operator for Black & Decker and as a bus driver for Gemmill's School Bus Service in the South Eastern School District. He was a member of the American Legion Post #455 in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania. He enjoyed fishing and crabbing with his friends.

He is survived by:

Two children, a brother and two nieces.

He was preceded in death by his longtime companion, Roberta (Almony) Neal on May 18, 2001.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 8, 2008 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania.

No funeral service has been scheduled at this time.
