Robert Louis Walker Thompson, 70, of Pylesville, MD, died peacefully on June 26, 2023 at Gilchrist Hospice, Towson, MD, surrounded by his loving family. Robert was born in Baltimore, MD, to his late parents, Calvin P. and Maxine V. (Bolt) Thompson.

Robert attended North Harford High School and graduated in 1970. Robert's greatest passion in life was his friends and family. He cherished every moment when he was surrounded by those he loved, laughing and making memories. He was a fan of baseball, especially the Baltimore Orioles. He also found joy in listening to music, especially music performed by Elvis. He was a kind, gentle, thorough and patient man, who took his time with every deed that he completed.

Robert is survived by his siblings; Sandra L. (David) Trinks, of Delta, PA, Walter F. (Deborah) Thompson, II, of Pylesville, MD and Marce A. (Denise) Thompson, also of Pylesville, MD. In addition to his siblings, Robert is survived by a host of loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to his late parents, Robert was predeceased by one brother, Calvin Paul Thompson, Jr.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023 beginning at 2:00 pm at the Izaac Walton League of America Sportsman's Association, 5018 Onion Road, Pylesville, MD 21132.
