Ronald L. Billings, age 60 years of Delta, Pennsylvania died on Sunday, October 28, 2007 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Bel Air, Maryland. He was the husband of the Loretta A. (Tilley) Billings who died on February 26, 2001.

Mr. Billings was born on July 13, 1947 in Havre de Grace, Maryland a son of the late Doc and Mary (Perry) Billings. He was a foreman with the Harford County Government Department of Highways at the Whiteford Depot for many years prior to his retirement. Mr. Billings was a member of the National Harley Owners Group (HOG) in addition to the United Tour Riders. He enjoyed spending time with his dogs and cat.

He is survived by:

A son- Jeffrey L. Billings and his wife Tina of Delta, Pennsylvania

A daughter- Karen D. Pennington of Port Deposit, Maryland

A grandson- Christian Billings of Port Deposit, Maryland

A brother- Foster Billings of Panama City Beach, Florida

And a sister in South Carolina.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at 11 AM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania where a time of visitation will be held from 10 to 11 AM.

Reverend Bernard Billings will officiate.

Interment will be in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, Maryland.

Pallbearers will be Bernie Folker, Gary Dolde, Chris Sampson, Michael LaForre, C.J. Walls and James Frey.
