Life story written by his family: Russell H. Bullen Jr. of Pylesville, MD passed away on Saturday, December 18th, 2021. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on November 12, 1941, the son of Russell H. Bullen Sr. and Angela (Ingoglia) Bullen.

Russell proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps before serving as an officer of the Baltimore County Police for 30 years prior to his retirement in 1995.

Russell leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 58 years, Jean (Dobson) Bullen; children, Russell H. Bullen III, Kimberly (Bullen) Taylor and husband Gaurav Maddela, and Wayne Bullen; grandchildren, Katherine (Taylor) Fleming and husband Joseph Fleming, Morgan Taylor and partner Michael Dosch; Russell is also survived by his brother, Robert Bullen and sister Joyce Kling, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Highland Presbyterian Church in Street, Maryland on Wednesday, December 22nd, 2021 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM for the viewing followed immediately with the funeral. His pastor, Reverend Raymond R. Meute, Jr. will officiate with interment in the adjoining church cemetery.
