Ruth Effie Baldwin, age 82 years of Delta, Pennsylvania died on Friday, Sept. 16 at Barbara J. Egan Nursing & Rehab Center, Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania.

She was the wife of the late Harvey T. Baldwin.

Mrs. Baldwin was born on Dec 2, 1922 at Williamsburg, West Virginia a daughter of the late Torrence & Etta (Mullin) Rineholt.

She had been employed at Aberdeen Proving Ground for many years Prior to her retirement.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Sept 20 at 11 a.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Delta, Pennsylvania.

Pastor Rodney Stamper of Bethany Baptist Church, Airville will officiate.

Burial will be at Union Chapel Cemetery, Delta, Pennsylvania.

Friends may call on Tuesday morning from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.
