SARAH CECILIA "PENNY" BANDY, age 47 years, of Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania, died on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. She was the wife of Louis A. Bandy, Jr. with whom she had shared three years of marriage.

Born on February 6, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was one of three daughters born to Sarah Cecilia (Raspe) Winkler of Whiteford and the late Theodore Winkler. A homemaker, she enjoyed baking, drawing, gardening and horses.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2010 from 6 to 8 PM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 7, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.

Deacon Phillip Seneschal of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Parish, Pylesville, Maryland will officiate.

Interment will follow the funeral service in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, Maryland
