Shirley Mae "Teeney" Coulby, age 67 years of Delta, PA, died at 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. She was the wife of Charles T. "Chuck" Coulby, Jr. and they observed their 10th. wedding anniversary on August 23, 2020.

Born in Harford County, MD on March 16, 1953, Shirley was a daughter of Helen M. (Rakes) Saunders of Smithfield, VA and the late Charles Hoover Brown. After graduating from nursing school in Virginia, Shirley went on to a career as an LPN in nursing facilities in Maryland and Pennsylvania. A lover of crafts, she made jewelry and painting and decorating milk cans. Shirley was a very private person who loved her dogs.
