Life story prepared by the family: Chris Henderson, age 63, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2023, after a long, courageous battle with cancer. He passed peacefully in the comfort of his home, with his family by his side.

From Bel Air, Maryland, Chris attended John Carroll High School before going to the University of Maryland. He then went on to work for Baltimore City for over thirty years. He was a hard worker, hardly ever taking an off day in his long career. He also never missed a single one of his son, Will's baseball games. The love Chris had for both Will and his wife of 25 years, Tindy, was immense and powerful.

Chris was a beloved husband, father, brother, and son. He is survived by his aforementioned wife Tindy Henderson, son Will Henderson, sisters Renee Henderson, and Lori Randall, and mother and stepfather, Rona and Fred Baldauf, along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Chris was predeceased by his father Thomas Henderson.

A viewing will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Friday, September 29, 2023 at Harkins Funeral Home, Inc., 600 Main Street, Delta, PA. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Douglas Hileman and Rev. James Catron officiating. Burial will be held immediately following the funeral at Slate Ridge Cemetery, Delta, PA.
