Walter Forys, age 79 years of Kenneth City, FL died on Friday, Sept. 18 at Bay Pines Veterans Administration Medical Center, Bay Pines, FL. He was the husband of the late Emily (Cerino) Forys who died in 1993.

Mr. Forys was born on April 25, 1930 in East Hampstead, New York, a son of the late Valentine and Stella (Zoltek) Forys. He was a carpenter for many years until he retired in 1993. Mr. Forys served in the US Army from 1951-1953.

He is survived by a son- Robert V. Andrews of Delta, PA

Funeral service will be on Thursday, Sept 24 at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Glen Burnie, MD at 11:00 AM. A visitation will be at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Delta, PA on Wednesday, Sept. 23 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
