WANDA LEE AYRES, age 72 years, the beloved wife of Dale O. Ayres of Street, Maryland went to be with her Lord on Sunday, October 24, 2010.

Born in Caples, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Ruby Miller. Wanda loved spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and playing bingo.

She is survived by:

Two daughters-

Connie Maines and her husband, Butch

Patricia Caswell and her husband, Al.

Five grandchildren-

Al Caswell, III, Carrie Hawkens, Charlie Maines, Rachel Maines and Dora Maines.

Seven great grandchildren

A sister, Betty Blevins and her husband John

A brother, Rick Miller and his wife, Sharon

Two sister-in-laws: Stella Miller and Sylvia Rutherford.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Matt Caswell and siblings: Charles Rutherford, Jr.; Robert Miller and Vella Russ.

Pallbearers will be Al Caswell, III; Ritchie Hawkens, Charlie Maines, Heath Miller, Johnny Blevins and Dennis Black.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Franklin Baptist Church 2104 Franklin Church Road, Darlington, Maryland.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the church with Pastor Rick Wilson officiating.

Interment will be in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, Maryland.
